RecommendedI was in a bind. I was volunteering at the AT&T and I lost the dome to one of my hearing aids. This caused the filter to clog up pretty quickly. Forgot to bring filters. Went to the Monterey location on Friday. No appointment. The receptionist, Melissa, I believe was incredible. She found a matching done, cleaned my hearing aids, gave me a new filter and a pack to take with me. I can not say how thankful I am that I picked Valley Hearing Center.
