My husband wanted me to trade in my 2019 QX80 for the new 2021 QX80 Sensory. The BEST customer service and staff regardless of what you drive...honest, knowledgeable, and 5 star from start to finish... even during Covid completely immaculate and safety protocol throughout...can't say enough and will not take any of our vehicles...though I HIGHLY recommend a Q60... anywhere else...better than best!
