I brought my watch in to have it repaired. The staff were going to send it off to the watch maker for repair, which I was fine with and was prepared to pay $300-$400 for the service and parts, however they managed to fix it on the spot for free! great service and Thank you!
Disappointed after spending a considerable amount of money on a beautiful ring and earrings only to have the sales lady not round the dollar up to be even and give us back in 10 cent pieces just over $2.00. Seriously we could not believe that for a good sale you didn’t round it up so that change wasn’t needed. Then to receive a call that we have to come in and collect our certificate of authenticity! Seriously where is the common sense here. We will not be shopping here and do not recommend your business.
