I love that when ever I have a problem that I can always get in. I am also extremely grateful that tonight when my baby needed immediate attention due to a cut by his that even though it was 30 minutes from closing you still saw him knowing what it would put you there past closing time. It is this type of care and dedication that has kept me coming for the 10 years and makes me continue to choose you and recommend you to other.
I can not put into words how amazing the experience was.
It breaks my heart that my pup has had this same vet since she was 3 months old and we'll be finding a new one after our service today. After $445.55 and waiting over 7 hrs for blood work they said would only take 20 mins, I've been told that they somehow just never gave me the meds for her ear infection and it would be another $60. And of course, it wouldn't be available to pick up until tomorrow since they had waited until they were nearly closed to call me back. I love them. They treat Jack like he is their dog?
This might be too soon! The staff was very understanding of our feelings as we saw our dear girl "Molly" off. They have a room set up with a couch and plenty of Kleenex for a respectful send off. They were helpful even though this was decided at the end of their day and caused them to stay at least an extra hour. Thank you so very much.
