I stayed there after leaving the hospital. The staff was awesome! I was well taken care of. The food could be better.
The nursing staff and CNA's are top notch. My husband was there 3 months and once the word "hospice" was mentioned, they couldn't get him out of there fast enough. There was never a care plan meeting with all departments, which is standard. The fact that they would NOT allow Medicaid set the tone for how the administrative area felt. My husband, however was not on Medicaid. His care was second to none. Hats off to those dealing directly with the patient and family. The administrative people need a lesson in compassion.
