My husband was taken to This facility three time, each time they treated him with great care. The staff had a hand full, with old guy. He expressed himself sometime in a not so nice manner. But that didn’t stop them, they just kept caring and doing the best to help him recover so he can come home. I just wish I could bring them home, to help me! Thank you for everything you do!
My father was there about a week and he was well cared for. It’s super clean and the staff is attentive and very helpful. I highly recommend Salem Transitional Care!
Sometimes you have to do things and go places you don’t plan or expect. That’s what happened to me. I found myself here for 10 days. I’m so thankful for the gracious staff. I will arrive home totally prepared to care for myself and my unfortunate leg fracture.

After cancer surgeries in April of 2016, I spent six weeks here revovering. The caring staff and excellent facilities helped greatly in my recovery. I would highly recommend Salem Transitional Care. ❤❤❤
