Family owned, top notch service, super caring owners. Love all the improvements to the property. Great pricing and convenient location. Tracey and Jeff are the best!
Very bad Management! They don't know how to talk to people, cannot take any criticism!!! Idiots gave me an entry code 3 separate times, nothing but excuses, as i couldn't get to my property! I would HIGHLY recommend you seek another alternative... These people are arrogant, and have no business trying to do business with anyone....Worth the drive to get better service.... I would NEVER recommend this place!!!
We have really enjoyed our association with Salem Storage & Warehouse. Tracey has been wonderful to work with. They have been doing improvements to the facility & add more all the time.
