I used to be able to make appointments on line now I cant , no emails and 45 min on hold . I dont understand why the email online thing isnt working I understand its a new system but emails still work Im sure, kind of dumb. So if anybody is monitoring this I need an appointment not going to hold any longer
I have been waiting over 2 hours to see the doctor. Wouldn't mind so much, but my mom has Alzhimers.
I have never had a worse experience with this facility. We've been waiting over 95 mins for a doctor and counting. There were only 3 patients. Meanwhile the staff suits outside in the hallways laughing and joking. Then again their day is paid to sit around here isn't it. Furious at the process being used here. It needs improved. I'm ready to change clinics.
Excellent, fast,and caring service. Glad to know I have an option when my Dr. Is not available.
My opinion, Salem Clinic is not a source of any medical care.
I really enjoy the nice people there. Always friendly. I really like my Doctor also,
I have been very satisfied with Salem Clinic, and with all the doctor's I have seen here over 15 years.
Went online to make an appointment, was give one months from now; very disappointing.
