I just picked up medication at the pharmacy that one of your doctors prescribed that I'm not even prescribed... WITHOUT an appointment. I am now out of my medication that I require 2-3x/day.
I was out of state and tried to get a refill on a prescription that I haven't needed for six years. Primary physician was out on holiday and the on call doctor didn't want to "make the call" ... so suffering through pain. No wonder people are fed up with insurance companies and the medical community.
Waiting hours to see 6 people in your lobby is ridiculous. We left and went to zoom + care. If anyone is looking for good care and short wait times zoom + care is the place to go. Don't waste your time at Salem clinic.
No one wants to be sick. But when you are, it's nice to have such a wonderful team of caretakers.
Had a terrible experience here. Sat in the lobby with a blinding migraine while everyone and their friends got called back to see a doctor. Waited for two hours and every patient in the building had left and I still wasn't being called back. I can't believe this is how I was treated.
Good place, usually not too busy, friendly people.
Terrible wait time. Nothing urgent about this care.
Do yourself a favor find a different facility!!! Dr. Karla Wottge will misdiagnose you causing you to pay for tests that are unnecessary.
