Excellent....as usual My most recent visit to Dr. Romulus's office was extremely polite and professional....which is what I have come to expect. From "check in" to "check out" I am always impressed with the efficiency of "Doc" and his staff. I had an extremely thorough cleaning and fluoride treatment. The hygienist did a very detailed job while also taking the time to explain everything as we went along and inquiring constantly if I had any questions or concerns. Great group Most friendly people in one business that I have ever been acquainted with. They never act like it is forced. When they greet you and wish you later to have a nice day, one feels that they all really mean it. One is set at ease upon first recognition upon arrival and "dental fear" is shelved, yet professionalism is top notch throughout the procedures from John M Romulus, DDS back down the chain-of-command. This dental practice is the best I've ever been to; coming from me, that's no small compliment because I've worked in the dental industry for over two decades. This doctor and his marvelous team provide top-notch dentistry, and because between all the team members, (I think they said they have more than 70 years of cumulative experience) are such professionals, the dental work gets done FAST. I love going to this dentist office! From the first minute I walk in the door I am treated as if I matter. The surroundings are so beautiful and warm and inviting. The staff is always friendly and greets me personally. They are always making sure I am comfortable both before, during and after any dental work from cleanings to fillings to crowns. It's like being pampered while going to the dentist!
