My appointment was for 7:55 AM however, an office meeting lasted until 8:10 AM. My dental care has always been excellent but I was not too pleased about awaiting for a meeting to come to an end.

Friendly and thorough as usual I enjoy coming to this dentist as everyone is always in a good mood. I watched the interaction between the staff and patients as well as the interaction between the members of the staff and it was always jovial and good natured. It's nice to come into that type of environment when you are doing something that is not normally considered enjoyable. I enjoy coming to this dentist as everyone is always in a good mood. I watched the interaction between the staff and patients as well as the interaction between the members of the staff and it was always jovial and good natured. High quality service, professional but friendly Since this was my first visit, I don't know anyone by name except the doctor but everyone was kind and caring. Dr. Romulus explained what he was doing to correct my problem and told me what I might expect in the future. My only complaint was having to leave the office to use the restroom. I suffer from overactive bladder so this concerns me more than it would a "normal" patient.

Most friendly people in one business that I have ever been acquainted with. They never act like it is forced. When they greet you and wish you later to have a nice day, one feels that they all really mean it. One is set at ease upon first recognition upon arrival and "dental fear" is shelved, yet professionalism is top notch throughout the procedures from John M Romulus, DDS back down the chain-of-command.
