The office of Dr's Ward and Romulus is very professional. Beginning with the front office staff whom are cheerful, courteous and informative. The Hygienists are excellent and gentle as well as informative about periodontal issues. Dr. Ward is so kind and Dr. Romulus likes to make everyone comfortable and at ease with the dentistry he performs. Everyone seems to be happy and professional will continue to recommend this office to all.
What a pleasure to be seen in a highly professional office. The front office staff are knowledgeable with insurance, treatment plans and payment options. The front staff answer the phones in a professional, upbeat manner. The other staff members are friendly and cheerful as well. Professional staff and dentists. Will tell my friends and family to call for appointments.
Dr. Romulus is very personal and funny. I really like him. I am not one for change but I will continue to see him when Dr. Ward is not in the office.
my appointment actually began slightly ahead of the scheduled time and was completed quickly. Emily was warm and friendly as she always is, as were the other employees and Dr. Romulus.
