Did not see the Dr. Ward today, but the staff was polite and efficient. I like the new text message for appointment reminder.
Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist make you feel you are part of the family and remember things about you and your family. The dentist is gentle when checking your teeth. We have been going here for many years there are dentist closer but we are so satisfied that we don't mind going a little further.

I was very impressed with Dr. Romulus and his staff. He went the extra mile, completed x-ray, emailed them to an endontist and in the long run it will save us a lot of money. Thank you!!!!
Such a wonderful first impression--both the staff and dentist. While I was unsure about what my visit would entail, it ended up being less painful so I was very relieved. I am seriously thinking about changing dentist, as this was an emergency visit.
From check-in to check-out, I found that all personnel conducted themselves with a friendly, caring manner without subtracting from their excellent professional atmosphere.
