I went in due to a constant ringing in my ears and they were able to make it stop in a matter of minutes, but also gave me a through exam to put at ease any concerns I had about hearing loss. The staff was extremely friendly and explained the entire process to me at a level I could understand. I highly recommend Salem Audiology.

I love my hearing aids? I love my Bluetooth connection for the aids to the TV and cell phone. However, Bluetooth does not appear to be very well supported. I have had my unit replaced 3 times in 18 months. Salem Audiology does not seem to have the capability to troubleshoot issues. I now have been trying to get mine functional for over a month, with numerous visits and attempts to no avail. They now have sent my aids in to have them checked, and it has been two weeks! And no call back. Way too long. They said 2 days shipping... read more
