I went in due to a constant ringing in my ears and they were able to make it stop in a matter of minutes, but also gave me a through exam to put at ease any concerns I had about hearing loss. The staff was extremely friendly and explained the entire process to me at a level I could understand. I highly recommend Salem Audiology.

I love my hearing aids? I love my Bluetooth connection for the aids to the TV and cell phone. However, Bluetooth does not appear to be very well supported. I have had my unit replaced 3 times in 18 months. Salem Audiology does not seem to have the capability to troubleshoot issues. I now have been trying to get mine functional for over a month, with numerous visits and attempts to no avail. They now have sent my aids in to have them checked, and it has been two weeks!
