I was recently diagnosed with a rare genetic disease which impacted my hearing. I knew my hearing loss was advancing and I had lots of questions. Luckily, I ran across an ad in the Statesman-Journal inviting the public to attend a FREE four hour class covering a variety of topics including hearing loss & hearing aids, communication strategies,speech reading, hearing aid maintenance, and consumer rights. I have been with this establishment for years. The service could not be better. When I first bought m;y aids I received classes without extra charge to learn how to take care of my aids. They clean my aids when ever I feel they need it free of charge. I can buy batteries twice a year for a very low price compared to the drug store. I am presently using the south office as it is close and get the same great service there. They can't be beat!
This is an "above and beyond" Audiology practice that is truly patient centered!
