Staff is excellent! Always a pleasant experience and no long waits.. they take you in on time for scheld appointments!
Very clean inviting place from the start. Brought my 14 year old cocker spaniel/poodle here for the first time, the staff is very knowledgeable! Ended up needing to set up an appointment for dental surgery. Although I was very uneasy on getting the procedure done due to his age and what my previous vet had said, a date was set. They made me feel a lot more comfortable and did a phenomenal job cleaning and saving as many teeth as possible. They gave courtesy calls to check on him and courtesy nail trimming as well. Our cat Poncho, had to be euthanized last week due to liver failure and we received a sympathy card from SAH......very kind of you for thinking of us during our time of grief. Thank you <3
Last night it was time for my cat to pass over rainbow bridge. Dr Caruso and the staff were very kind and caring. They also care for my 2 dogs. I would recommend them to everyone.
I want to give a BIG Thank You Dr. Palmer and All the staff for taking excellent care with my dog Molly before, during and after her eye surgery! She healed nicely and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! She's acting like a puppy once again!! ���
Brought my kitty here yesterday as a new client. Staff are easy to talk to and very caring. Jazmin was on her WORST behavior, it was so embarrassing, and Dr. Nicole was very very VERY understanding. Jazmin has torbitude to the max and everyone was so sweet to her even tho she was in wild cat mode. Thank you! And I'm happy no one got tagged by her!
