No words. The way that this world of medicine is what actually keeps people sick. I want to move my husband care. Decided to put up with this office. Not sure if that was the right decision. Folks should be more concerned & considerate.
I love dr Fahmi. Especially at old office. The new staff, phone system, and wait time is beyond crazy. An hour plus wait for a 5 min appt is wild too me. Luckily I'm a patient person and know not to plan anything too close behind my appt.
The majority of the staff are very unprofessional. The reason being, they don't greet you with a positive attitude. It seems they are sucking on lemons. They tell you the Dr will be with you shortly, however, I've had to wait up 1hr before Dr enters the room. Very unhappy patient.
Dr. Fahmi is excellent. I was told that I needed to be on medicine by another Dr. Dr. Fahmi gave the CGM and did a bunch of labels to check for various things. She truly investigated my sugar levels. She is very informational and truly loves what she does. She truly cares for her patients. I driver over 40 miles one way just to see her every 3 months. She is the best.
