I am needing a doctor for my diabetes and this case this doctor seems to not be able to handle her staff. If people are complaining about your staff I think it’s time to get a new staff. Shouldn’t anybody write a review saying that your staff is rude and I know how that goes cause they can be rude which means they don’t value their jobs. I've been under Dr. Fahmi's care for at least 15 years. Her care and thought has been nothing less than amazing. The staff has been accommodating and friendly on each of my visits. When focused on the results my care has been exceptional!
They only let you leave voicemails and no one returns the calls or the voicemails are full and you can’t leave a message. Highly recommend another doctor.
It's actually ticking me off how I can never get ahold of the office. As a diabetic I need insulin so I need to see an endocrinologist. I can never even get scheduled because they never answer the phone and they don't have a working voicemail. They called me AFTER they closed so when I called back I couldn't get ahold of anyone. If I call during office hours I still never reach a person. It's actually extremely unprofessional and obnoxious at this point. If I didn't NEED my medicine to not die I'd just not bother.
I too found Dr.Fami and Ms.Adams to be wonderful especially Ms.Adams....but my last visit was the straw that broke the camels back....I went to LabCorp to get my labs done 3 times to find out my orders weren't called in....LabCorp tried calling their office to get the same repeated message as I...The phone system is voicemail only....So when you go to leave a message it reads, "the mailbox your trying to reach is full try your call back later" then disengaged....this is CONSTANT....Pharmacy can't reach ANYONE to refill my pr... read more
