If i could give zero stars I would. The phone system is absolutely terrible, there is no way to get a hold of anyone, creating an appointment, you basically have to go up there. The craziest system ever and ive worked in the health care industry. Really feels like they dont care. They referred me to another office and they keep telling me they can not get ahold of the office as well. Would highly ask anyone looking for care, not to go here. I am needing a doctor for my diabetes and this case this doctor seems to not be able to handle her staff. If people are complaining about your staff I think it’s time to get a new staff. Shouldn’t anybody write a review saying that your staff is rude and I know how that goes cause they can be rude which means they don’t value their jobs.
