Very Disappointed With Amelia Desk Agent, She act as if we were being a bother for asking for a cup of coffee . she actually saw me walking over to the restaurant to ask for coffee and she then yelled at me be patient the coffee is coming!! I just act as if she wasn't talking to me I was embarrassed. I have stayed here several times and never had a negative experience.
The first point of contact was with Kaytlyn (sp?) and it was a great reflection of the “feel” of The Henderson ... kind, welcoming and appreciative. The Henderson “philosophy” carried forward with our interactions with all the family of staff members - inclusive of Nicole, whom we spoke with at the main desk - and Ty, who took care of us at the pool lounge. I recommend it to the customer but demanding! All service with excellence, it's all beautiful and wonderful.
We stayed three days at the Loft. The rooms are very modern, elegant, clean, and comfortable. The amenities and activities on site are incredible.Quick and easy access to a semi-private beach was very nice. On-site Restaurant and Bar was also top notch. The staff went above and beyond at every step to make sure our stay was excellent. We loved it so much that we just recently booked another four nights. Highly recommended

A wonderful hotel with friendly staff in a great location. It has fabulous pool and amenities right next to their private white sand beach and crystal clear waters. ❤️❤️❤️

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the Henderson was. From the moment you check in you will be more than impressed. The property is beautiful, extremely clean and very close to the beach.
