The property is beautiful but the staff is lacking. When checking in, we told the gentleman we needed to add a night, he said no problem. I get a text two days before checkout wishing us well the next day and safe travels. I texted back saying we added another night, was that not reflected? They said they would take care of it- but didn’t, obviously. Had to go down to front desk the next morning and change it ourselves. RecommendedSimply the best! The Salamander Spa is world class! Horizons bar AND the patio service is amazing for drinks/apps! I have been here at least 10 times-amazing!
