I booked a specific room for my daughter’s wedding night and was given a totally different room without any extras. Pd $500 and they refused to give any money back for a plain room that was not the one I booked. Was told that was all they had available after booking a specific room 2 months before. They did offer $100 credit to use toward a spa. Did not accept. They “accidentally “charged my son in laws card for $600 and I had already pd when I booked. RecommendedThe views were gorgeous! The room was great. Friendly staff. That’s about it.. the food at the pool bar was terrible. My experience at the spa was not a good one. They are still holding the incidentals amount on my credit card one week and one phone call later.
