I went to this place for lunch last week and I called my order in. When I got there the owner said that she didn’t see an order for me and asked if I called the right place and I told her yes I did because I didn’t have another Sakura’s phone number in my phone. So I ended up ordering a sushi roll and it was$6.56 and that is what she ran my card for and I didn’t leave a tip because it was a to go order. Worst service ever. We have not ate here in a year because of how rude they are. Decided to try it again and they gave us the wrong order. When I told her this was not correct, she told me I ordered wrong. We will never be back and I hope if you go, you don't have the wrong order or your food is not correct, because they won't take accountability for their poor service and mistakes.
