We went to Sakura last night with a group of 20+ people to celebrate my daughters birthday. I made reservations more then a week in advance but it did not seem that they had planned for a party our size. We had one main waitress but it was a lot for her, even though she tried. Our food took forever to come. Over half the table didn’t get their food until after the rest of the table had gotten their food and finished eating. The orders were delivered to us wrong. They charge extra for everything!! I have NEVER EVER been charged extra for Garlic butter and yum yum sauce. Not your typical friendly Japanese environment that I am accustomed to.

We haven't been here in years so thought we'd try it tonight. When we walked in the door a woman was seated behind register (assuming the owner) said just pick your own seat. No hi, welcome or anything. The food was good but small portion for the price. We always take leftovers home from other Japanese restaurants. When I went to pay, the same woman didn't say hi, how was it just the total of the bill. I noticed a slice of pizza sitting right in front of her. When she gives me the receipt to sign, she picks up the pizza and ... read more

I have eaten at Sakura over 20 times and have never had an incorrect order, poor service or poor quality food. Between my daughter and I we generally order 8 sushi rolls and a couple of sashimi..... never waited too long for food to arrive. I enjoy my miso soup, a beer, conversation and before I know it the table full of sushi has arrived! 👍👍👍😊

This is the absolute worse customer service I’ve ever had! I was charged way over the amount I should have been. I tried to call manager and “Linda” lied to me telling me she was the manager then finally told me she wasn’t and she doesn’t know when the manager was coming in. Then hung up on me with out helping or anything. Was told I was a liar even tho she pulled my order up while on phone. I will not be back and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this!
