I have eaten at Sakura over 20 times and have never had an incorrect order, poor service or poor quality food. Between my daughter and I we generally order 8 sushi rolls and a couple of sashimi..... never waited too long for food to arrive. I enjoy my miso soup, a beer, conversation and before I know it the table full of sushi has arrived! 👍👍👍😊
This is the absolute worse customer service I’ve ever had! I was charged way over the amount I should have been. I tried to call manager and “Linda” lied to me telling me she was the manager then finally told me she wasn’t and she doesn’t know when the manager was coming in. Then hung up on me with out helping or anything. Was told I was a liar even tho she pulled my order up while on phone. I will not be back and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this! The staff is wonderful and the food was good. Experience would have been better is served on a real plate instead of a plastic one.
The waitress was nice. The sushi order took 40 minutes and there were only 3 tables. The sushi was nothing special. I will not be back.
