After 3/4hrs of being there and easily $200 in tips in at a private event, after spilling a beer incidentally after a hug we were warned "one more strike and I'm not serving you"- Ishmael Lopez. Then the waitress even came forward and apologized for his disrespectful approach. After approaching Mr. Lopez himself after he stated he was the manager, could not brandish a card, and disrespectfully asked me to "leave and not come back". Would love to speak to a real manager on how you treat your event customers on this matter.
My wife and I ate there yesterday evening for the first time and we enjoyed the whole place and its entirety. Our server was very tentative of the level of our drinks, the food was excellent as well the tenderloin sandwich was FIRE along with the waffle fries and of course I had to taste my wife's double stack burger it was fire too, my compliments to the chef and crew excellent job we will be back!
Great food and service. Our waitress went above and BEYOND! Friendly staff all around.
