WOW! The Long Island is had a great time with The spouse
Worst service EVER. Waited an hour for food just to be told by manager "food order was canceled". Horrible, horrible!!! Not the first time for this restaurant. Don't waist your time or money!!!

Great food and service, however, a fun outing with friends to watch the Chiefs game was spoiled by management allowing a table of belligerent folks to keep drinking after cussing out one of their fellow managers. And with the drinks still coming, their behavior got worse, including yelling at our table for doing nothing but sitting there trying to watch the game. I can not believe that rude drunk belligerent behavior is awarded with more alcohol. Way to back your staff, by letting the them talk crazy to them and then giving them free booze. The staff was great though.

Went there for the first time today to watch the Royals game and will come back anytime I am in town! Food was wonderful and so was the service. We sat outside and Adam took very good care of us, even though several people packed the area, he kept it going. I knew it would be busy and expected slow service, but it was like we were the only ones there! Fantastic!!!
We frequent this place often. However, tonight was by far the worse serving experience we've experienced at Saints. Too much turn over has possibly caused your staff to become unemotionally attached to the guest perhaps. The owner should rethink the long term strategy of this establishment. Management should be revamped and servers should go back to 101 of customer service. Bar staff should stick to a more consistent recipe of mixed drinks.
