My Mom is currently a patient in this hospital currently I have been trying to reach someone at the hospital constantly due to the fact no one can visit or go to the hospital I keep getting promises that one of the nurses will call me back I’ve waited hours and still no one calls I video chat with my mom on the phone and she calls the nurses for help and it takes them over an hour to respond I don’t know exactly what’s going on here but I would like to speak with someone in charge at this hospital.
My mother has been in this joke of a hospital for 6 weeks now. The level of care has gotten worse with each passing week. Last night her temperature dropped to 92.3 degrees and was not even mentioned by the overnight nurse. The staff should be prosecuted.

This hospital saved my baby girls life. Thanks to their level 4 NICU department. I have a beautiful 2 year old . She was born at 24 weeks and was not expected to make it. But by the grace of God and St Peters university hospital (mainly the nurses) she made it and it doing amazing
In spite of a very difficult reaction to a successful surgery, with a lot of pain and, to put it politely, bathroom issues, everyone at your hospital performed their jobs admirably and with complete professionalism. I want to thank everyone, and I hope I didn't make anyone's job any harder than it had to be.
