Actually having appointments for patients would be helpful. Not pawning us on to the walk-in every time.

They need to take insurance off approved list if pre approved by insurance company and then they call patient to cancel after beginning prep and been through tests with doctor. Poor communication.

The staff couldn’t have been any sweeter, nicer, understanding, empathetic, sympathetic. I had surgery here and a week later had to go back into the hospital. I have never experienced such an A+ staff at any medical facility, anywhere. From the doctors, to the technicians for testing, lab techs, food service personnel, house keepers, the lists goes on and on. 2 years ago (Oct 20, 2017), I was rushed to St Lukes for emergency open heart surgery, and God saved my life through you guys. Dr Davis was lead surgeon.

the staff and everyone is amazing!!! They saved both my baby and me and I'm forever greatful. They are the place that I would recommend to anyone.

I just had a hernia repair surgery there. The bill came and they charged my insurance over $40,000 dollars for it! That's right ....a $40,000 hernia....I called the hospital and asked about this gross over charging and they said there is nothing I can do or dispute although is vastly more than the price we discussed before the surgery. Their reply to that: " that was only an estimate" . Refusing to finish an incomplete ultrasound they charged me for and charged me to see a dr i never saw. saw me from 12-20 weeks before they decided to cancel all my future appointments and tell me seeing me is "against policy" even though they have been paid in full by my secondary insurance. its has been back and forth "yes you can / no you cant" not a single logical person understands and not ONE PERSON HAS EVER TOLD ME THE SAME THING TWICE. these people are a mess and discriminatory to say at the very least!
