My 75 year old father arrived by ambulance at 6:30 PM. Was diagnosed with broken hip requiring surgery and as of 11:12 PM we are waiting on a supervisor to approve which level of care he needs. Guess what he needs a room and bed so that he can rest. We can't turn off the lights so he can relax, he's laying on a gurney with his feet hanging off which I have to keep moving his Good leg back onto because no one has checked on us for over 60 min so we can ask to move him up closer to the head of the gurney. I was lied to about the resources they had to treat TBI’s. Had I known they did NOT have everything that Madonna in Nebraska had, which I was assured multiple times they did, I would not have had my husband go there. Very deceitful. The therapists and nursing staff he worked with were amazing, he just needed more than what they had to offer. Which would not have been so bad except I was promised they could compete with Madonna and that Madonna was just scared of losing patients. Very attentive staff I’ve got respiratory, heart, endocrinologist, kidney, thoracic surgeon. They all are pleasant and explained everything!!

they give you bed bugs and rather than take responsibility... they blame the patient. Do not trust this Hospital
