So rude. I called to reschedule my baby’s appointment. She said they were booking out “end of January” for me to call back at the end of December. I told her he needed a medication. she asked the name of it. I told her “I wasn’t sure what it was called” It was in his file. She got all pissy. Put me on hold for a nurse. Of course I didn’t get through and I didn’t get an appointment. I understand people have bad days. She should control her emotions better when her job is to speak to patients/parents on the phone. Went here for years, things have changed. Doc changed(never told was a student, not a full practicing doctor), new doctor spends half the visit going over medications not prescribed by this office and not handling the issues I come in with. I wait an hour for my 30 min visit and only get 20 minutes. I leave here noticing medications are wrongly taken off my medication list and try to address before leaving, am told everything will be okay next pharmacy pick up.
