Very rude, very slow. They don’t care and have ZERO ability to take care of people. Their “emergency room” is a WAITING room!
RecommendedI spent time in Saint Joseph Medical center , 5 days to be exact. I was treated very well. The people that took care of me were Phenomenal. Even the Food personal and Housekeeping. The Nurses and Techs were very caring. Thank you all for making me well. You all are Wonderful!
I was seen in August in the emergency room, I hadn’t received my insurance cards yet so I had to later get in touch with the billing department and have my insurance submitted. I received a collections bill today for 914$ because they didn’t submit my insurance information to the physicians because they’re billed separate, I also wasn’t informed about this. Dr. Mark Walsh in emergency room should be given an award for his compassion. He took his time with my son. Talked with him on a level he could understand. Left over 2 hours late on his shift. Dr Walsh Thank you for all your kind words and expertise in medicine! Truly means alot! ♥️
Wait times for an ER are mind boggling. Criminally negligent in my opinion.
nurses are rude and lie about patients to make them look bad. nurse Dawn needs to be fired for being unethical and rude all because she was mad she was called out on being more worried about her lunch than her patients. then Dawn and the security guard were discriminating because of a tattoo my husband has on his arm. I would rather die than ever step foot in this hospital again
Been sitting in the ER waiting room for 4 hours with my mom who has rectal cancer and is not supposed to be sitting for any long period at a time . She developed a hole in her back today that is leaking fecal matter into her bloodstream - and her pants now - have asked for a cart 4 times and even went looking for my own to have her lie down on to no avail .
