Excellent experience! Cameron was a great Technician. He was kind, explained every step of the process, and answered my few questions. I surprised myself in getting a good sleep without needing to get up as I usually do. By appointment started at 9:30 PM, wired-up by 10:15, asleep by 10:45 (est), and awakened at 5:15 AM that the test was completed. I would like to give them 5 stars because I really enjoyed my first visit and really felt heard. After waiting a month for my sleep study, I was called 30 minutes from the original appointment time to be told my time was changed to 8:30 pm instead of 9:30 pm. I was 10 minutes away and drove from collinsville through ice and snow to make my appointment. The worst part is I took off work from seeing my patients to make this appointment, and I hadn't taken my medication in 7 days. My lunchbox and backpack were packed. This was ... read more
What a complete waste of time and money. As usual, St. Francis Specialty clinics are inept and deceitful. My bill for a 5 min consultation to determine I need an at home sleep study, pick up the equipment, and drop it back off for review somehow went from $40 to $177 w/BCBS by the time they kept adding fees over the course of a week. Now they want me to come in for a study, yeah no. I'm sure that will cost another $300-500 by the time they lie about what insurance will and won't cover.
Their care has gone downhill. I can't even get hold of them to get my prescription filled. They used to be so awesome! I miss those days when my sleep disorder was well managed and every day I smiled, instead of crying from exhaustion. The last four years I lived my best life. I took a very low dose of medication, yet it managed my disorder. Now, I will have to struggle like I did the 30 years before Dr Bregman diagnosed me, because I can't get hold of them to get my script filled. Starting next week, my life will be hell ag... read more
I’ve read the other reviews and I must agree that the sleep center should be updated. However, my experience with the staff was exceptional . Dr. Bregman is a great Dr. and I’m sad that he is retiring. My tech, Stephanie, that worked with me during my study did an excellent job and I hope that they will assign her to my future studies.
