I went in for a total knee replacement surgery Tuesday, December 13th. From pre op last week to having surgery Tuesday and going home yesterday, it was a wonderful experience. Everyone my daughter and I encountered were very accommodating and friendly. It made my time there much easier. I have nothing negative to say. Only praise.

My water broke 2 weeks early on Halloween and being the nervous mom to be I was, they made me feel right at home! Even though I was scheduled for a c section, they stopped my contractions long enough for my husband to make it there (7 hours later). He and I will always be grateful for that! Nurses, OR staff and anesthesiologists were some of the nicest people ive ever met! Other Staff was so so nice and caring, as well. I honestly have nothing bad to say at all about my expierence.. this was my 3rd child and my other 2 expie... read more

Came in for abdominal pain. Was there for 8 hours. They got busy with patients showing up in ambulance ' s forgot to hook my IV back up after I used the restroom and forgot my pain meds. I feel they should have communicated better while I was there, instead of when I was almost discharged. Other than communication, awesome job!!
