Wife having serious pregnancy issues, it took them four hrs. to ask her a few questions, take an ultrasound only to tell her they needed to do blood work and she could expect to be there several more hours. It was 11pm at this point, we had restless kids with us, we both work and have to be up, and at this point, it was time to go. She hadn't spoke with any doctor and the nurses gave her zero feedback and poor customer service (started at the front desk). I have always been treated very well from the time I walked the door I have had several Ct and the nicest Technicians where very nice and patient. I would recommend anyone to go to the Bartlett location.

It would b a whole lot better if each floor had a refrigerator where the coke n snack machine are......if u bring cold food to love ones than u have to turn right back around n take it home n bring it back......all I can say is U NEED TO UPDATE that

Thanks for the feedback. We wish we could provide a refrigerator on each floor, but it would present unique challenges regarding people accidentally taking other people's foods, food being left for an extended time, etc. We hope the care we provided met your expectations. The staff, for the most part, was friendly but I would say that there are some cracks in procedure. I was told that my meds were called in to the Walgreen's I frequent and when my wife got there (in the snow) she was informed that nothing was called in....when I called St Francis, I was told that they don't call meds in. There is a serious breakdown in communication between administration, nursing staff and patience. For me, I believe that any future visits will be to Baptist East.
