I was a patient in room #3105 from March 27th - April 3rd!! I had the best of care during my stay. A special thanks to my nurses, Godwin (the two young nurses that helped get me set up upon arrival), Karen. Marlena, Alyssa, Beth, Jamie L., and Stephanie!! I truly appreciate all of you!! I'm doing great and back to normal. I'm waiting to hear back from OBI to donate plasma. Stay safe and God bless!! ❤

The professionalism, the kindness and the care is far above and beyond anything I have ever seen at a hospital. Thank you for all you have done for me. I am so blessed to have been at this hospital

Update3!: We checked my wife in and have not received anything other than a CT scan for over 9 hours while she has extreme stomach pain and nausea after a new drinking glass cracked and glass fell in her mouth with the water. 9 hours sitting in hospital emergency room and all the side effects that come with those things and not a thing done. Absolute terrible service would never recommend returning. We have been at this hospital for over 9 hours and finally a PA came in after my wife did threaten to leave and got up to walk ... read more

It never fails that St. Francis will send a balance they think I owe to a debt collector without even notifying me that I owe anything. They will claim they called and mailed me about it but I will have received NOTHING. Despite the fact that I have an online account with them with a payment method set up to auto pay, I still receive a collections notice out of the blue. Additionally, it is apparently impossible for them to consolidate their billing. If you have a procedure done here you will inevitably receive a separate bi... read more

My family member was left to flatline after he had major heart surgery. He called to the nurse’s station twice and they ignored him. When they finally came he had a pulse of 8 and since he couldn’t vocalize his pain they ignored him until he went down to a 1. So no, I don’t recommend this hospital. The nurses on his floor knew he was in pain and still didn’t manage his pain properly. Extremely abusive behavior and in compassionate to say the least.

So much for Christian values, what you are doing to that nurse. You should be ashamed.

Saint Francis is a Catholic hospital so I assumed that christian charity and compassion would be a foundation of its mission. I just read a Tulsa World article about a nurse whose compassion and charity compelled her to go and provide service to COVID patients in NYC; she was forced to quit her position at St. Francis and return a bonus, 3 months shy of her contract end date. This does not align with the edicts of the Catholic Faith.
