St Elizabeth doesn't take the HIPAA Act seriously!! 3 employees looked into mine and my husbands records!!! We have proof in the form of a letter showing dates and times that said employees (2 of them) got into our records!! They are my husband's ex's family!! THEY BROKE THE LAW!! They still have their jobs!! ST ELIZABETH DOESNT TAKE HIPAA VIOLATIONS SERIOUSLY!!!
Uh yeah I will never come back to st.Elizabeth for pyschiatric treatment.I think like out patient at north key a whole lot better.
We had great doctor Dr. McClurg,, he was awesome. Monica the RN was really sweet too. We did wait a long time for the MRI results, but the emergency room became very busy while we were there, so it was totally understandable why we waited. All in all it was a really good experience. Much better than past experiences.
Terrible ! Lazy and Inefficient ! Only game in town so that allows them to be uncaring and in some cases mean. I WILL ADVISE EVERYONE TO DO WHATEVER THEY HAVE TO DO TO GET ALTERNATIVE CARE !
This hospital has taken wonderful care of me, the waiting area is sub-par but it's as good as to be expected. I'd always pick this hospital over the others!!!!
