My experience with Dr. Snead and her team was amazing. I had 25 treatments at the center and I am happy to report i am cancer free now for over a year!
Every. single. bill. I received from this facility was incorrect. They repeatedly did not bill my insurance despite me providing it in office and following up to correct the "self pay adjustments." They also tried to bill an outdated policy that I never provided to them, so they must be pulling data from other sources. It took multiple calls to get a single bill corrected, times every single bill. They also sent a bill to collections while I was waiting for them to apply my insurance to receive an updated balance. The people that are employed there are non-caring and self-serving. This facility has an employee who oversees all of the cancer facilities and is refusing to back out of buying a home from a Stage 4 cancer patient. We have offered several concessions but he and his wife would rather take a home from a cancer patient then find another home. Karma is theirs! This is the type of people that Hillman employs good luck in finding compassion!

When a patient has cancer and is fighting for their life, they don’t want to have deal with a telephone system at the doctor’s office where you must call numerous times to get in touch with an actual person because the telephone system either isn’t working or not being answered because the office is “short on help.” An oncology office should have a number that their patients can call and rely on it being answered within a couple of rings.
