They made a United States of America Veteran walk home last night in the middle of the night and treated him poorly! He has a bad foot I don’t know why they would treat a man that served our country this way!!!
Communications with the scheduling department in neurology are very unprofessional and rude. The person answering phone calls on Monday afternoons should consider a different profession.
St. Anthony discharged my 64yo father before reading all labs after staying in the ICU for 5 days. He had no cell phone or car but they did not reach out to us to let us know he was being discharged so he could get picked up. I had been in constant contact with the nurses station and he had just had abdominal surgery, they were aware that he would need picked up. If zero stars could be given I would. This is the worst emergency room experience ever. It’s called an emergency room for what? They don’t even treat you as soon as possible. Got into the “emergency” room since 9:45am. Had a lot of abdominal pain and chest pain. Waited 5+ hours in the waiting area because they don’t even get you into a room to atleast be somewhat comfortable. My mother was flight lifted here due to a stroke. While here she needed a craniotomy and ICU services. To save her life this hospital was amazing the time in the ICU was so so due to the lack of communication, the case managers, and lack of listening to family members when stuff happened when she wasn’t in the room. I spent the entire 37 days in the ICU with my mother from the day of the event and the communication from doctor to doctor was horrible even day to day it was horrible.
