awful experiences with staff- unknowledgeable triage nurses who treated my pre-menopause with such disrespect and low empathy, dr was ok, very cold, and prescribed me estrogen pills that didnt work with my body and caused many side effects, disregarded my struggles with painful intercouse, i left very scarring experience
They should CLOSE this clinic. The staff here are rude and very unprofessional they don't take their job seriously. Oh, and the doctor here, she should get her license revoked for her and the staff. It's very not that hard to do their job. I took my daughter there the other day oh wait first they called me a day before to reschedule. The reason was that the doctor is a busy person and can't see you on your day of the appointment but she can see you tomorrow. I’m not sure how this office remains open. There is only one doctor managing an overwhelming number of patients, and if the doctor is called away for a delivery, all scheduled appointments are rescheduled, making those patients a lower priority. As a result, patients end up waiting the entire day, and appointments are never on time. Additionally, the staff appears frustrated and often responds to inquiries with rudeness. Worse place ever!!! I should have known since I saw the reviews were all bad but as a business owner I like to give out fair shots to ppl before I judge it.
