This is the most confusing irresponsible place ever. Office lady gave me 3 different appts. Kept me on hold for 10 minutes, then came back on, asking me what I wanted when she already knew? Huh? Cancelled my appt before they changed it and gone somewhere else.
I have been waiting over 2 years to get hormone testing and an IUD insertion which I've been told can't be done safely without the testing. Not all of that with this clinic but I finally got the testing done and it's been 4 months and I haven't gotten my results because I ended up out of town on an emergency and they wouldn't provide the results over the phone in this day in age. I filed a grievance and they cancelled me as a patient 2 months later a week before my next appointment. Now delaying my results even longer. This ... read more
Very bad experience.. Never ever go to this clinic.. very bad staff .. too much waiting and after that no doctor horrible clinic
