I don’t recommend this urgent care because they are lousy they take forever and most of the employees have no idea what they’re doing. I went there with a bad ear infection. They took forever to see me. I finally just got up and walked out ! If you go to the one in Madera on almond Drive, they are very fast, friendly and professional and most of the doctors are very professional and friendly.
My experience was fantastic here. I came in as a new patient walk in and was seen and done with my visit in 30 minutes. The staff was kind and thorough, all my concerns were addressed, and my prescription was sent out immediately. I genuinely could not have asked for better care. Thank you so much, Samantha Gallo and front desk staff. You made my saturday visit super easy and comfortable.
