I elected to come here opposed to scheduling an appt with my PCP. I scheduled an appt online, provided my insurance card and DL online to expedite the check in process. Got there, signed in and they called me up to ask for my insurance card and DL. I told the girl I already provided that online. She said they didn't get it.
