On july 2024 I had went because I didn’t feel okay after heading my head on a freezer door that was left open and i was running full speed i had a cut on the center of my forehead I came in here about a week later because i felt horrible and everything was going well but after i got a room the doctor was horrible she grabbed my forehead where i was injured with a wound after i repeatedly told her it hurt and wa sin pain she talked over me and ignored me she flashed a light on my face and said I was okay I am being dramatic s... read more
What a disaster of a place. If you value your health stay away from this place. They need to do better!!!!
The staff working at the front desk and rooming patients were great! I'm sorry to say that is where the quality of care ends. I had a rapid onset infection from a cut in my skin that was very swollen and inflamed. If untreated, this condition can become septic. The PA was dismissive and talked over me. Despite the cut, he told me it was probably a food allergy and told me to go home and try Benadryl. I sought care elsewhere and was diagnosed and treated with the appropriate antibiotics.
