Took over 5 hours for my husband to see a physician. Physician and nurse stated my husband had "drug seeking behavior" because there was not a reason for him to be in pain. Long story short, finally transferred to CRMC where trauma team was waiting for my husband. His esophagus had ruptured. Thank goodness for CRMC trauma surgeons. Do not go to Clovis if you have a real emergency, go to CRMC.
Once again. Sitting in the emergency room at Clovis Community hospital. Arrived at 9:00 am and it is 2:20, still to be seen. Why do I come back here? No management. No accountability.
My friend is in L&D and her water broke more than 48 hours ago. She's 35 weeks but her contractions aren't frequent enough to send her into actual labor. Even though her water broke almost 3 days ago now they won't help her labor along. This isn't only stressful on her but the baby as well. The perinatal doctor won't do anything and he says his authority out ranks everyone else. How is this ok?? New patient care procedures? My Husband Eddy Bettencourt went in for a Gastric bypass. We loved all The care we got. They gave me a pull - out couch. To sleep on. Thanks to all the nurses. Don't remember all your names. Thank you for all you did.
