This review is for the office staff. Office staff isn't up to par when it comes to patient care. I needed them to make a hospital appointment for me since Dr. Saines said they could do that for me very quickly. But when I called the office again they said that appointment couldn't be done until the insurance was billed. I never heard of such a thing. Very troubling. Dr. Saines and his Ultrasound Tech I think are very good at what they do. His office staff is just not doing their job correctly. It's a shame.
