Terrible, terrible! We stayed there for 9 days on our last vacation and EVERY SINGLE DAY we had to complain about something. We were very disappointed and wished they had taken better care of us for all the money we spent there.
Great customer service!!! Loved Jessica she was courteous and helpful.
Beautiful, spacious rooms, very friendly staff, gooooood free breakfast, nice pool BUT ABOVE , EVERYONE HAS A SMILE ON THEIR FACE. COURTESY MEANS EVERYTHING TO ME .... I LOVE IT

The stay here was excellent. The staff was friendly, the work out room was effecient, heated pool, decent jacuzzi. Overall enjoyed it here. Even the little breakfast place on the water was relaxing. 1
The owner of this hotel needs to spend some money to renovate it, bad smell everywhere and old furniture and the elevator is not working well they guy came over to reset it. I will never gonna stay here again.
Helpful friendly staff. Clean environment. Great breakfast! Ballrooms were nice too. Just overall a great hotel.
Never stayed at the hotel, but the banquet rooms are very nice. The staff is friendly and very helpful with planning your party or wedding reception. Prices are reasonable and the food is good.
