The Best western I will never send anyone to stay there!!!! They are not friendly at all. They don't want any kind trucks or any kind of large vehicles to be there!!!

The Staff there made your stay welcomed. From check-in with Ms. Delci and check-out with Ms. Jessica. The kitchen staffs were very courteous and professional in every way especially the only one was Mr. Carlos there to greet you with a smile, seat you, and provide coffee, water, etc. The downfaults are the building is old and the bathrooms need an upgrade sinks and toilets way too low and old.
Good and convenient location. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Close to Seal Beach, Main St. Hotel is clean, employees friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Highly recommend!
The staff was very friendly. Full breakfast buffett. The food for lunch and dinner was very good & reasonably priced. The only downside was the Wi-Fi was a bit sketchy. We would definitely stay here again!
Staff was friendly and professional. We had a room with a Jacuzzi �, never used a Jacuzzi before... Nice... The only negative thing was a king size bed (great bed) with twin size pillows. Breakfast was unexpected... A full buffet!
