Every item I have purchased from Sailrite has been of excellent quality. Their staff provide prompt, pleasant, helpful service. I have ordered materials for many projects this year, and use a Sailrite sewing machine to construct items such as companionway covers, winch covers, vinyl cushions, etc. (My sewing machine was purchased used, from an individual.) I believe the Sailrite company is a reputable company that sells top of the line sewing equipment. I have purchased many sewing accessories from Sailrite and am happy with all of them. Fast and secure shipping is always expected and always received. All in all, I love their products and service.

I can’t say enough good about the Sailrite Ultrafeed LZ1 or the people who run this company but I’m going to try. First the machine. In a word, incredible. It absolutely delivers on its promises and is every bit as capable as the scads of *******videos purport. It is a hulking beast that makes even high end domestic machines cower. I was very happy with the service received. One box of this order was damaged to the point that UPS returned it to sender without my seeing it and due to time and other factors was not aware that it was missing. Sailrite contacted me the morning they received the damaged package and checked the contents for completeness and had the package back to me in two days. Placed an online order with them for 9 yards of Sunbrella fabric. Their price beat all the others. The fabric arrived beautifully wrapped and protected in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for outdoor fabric.

I tried E-ZSNAP lubricant because I couldn’t open an important book carrier. The product desolved the problem and helped the zipper work freely. As winter weather begins E-ZSNAP has made my rain jacket zipper run smoothly. I am especially pleased with the job i does on denim jacket snaps. Being a gel helps I am pretty sure.
