Purchased the Fabricator, setting up the machine has been a big challenge. I want to be fair here on what I write. The machine is beautiful and I have sewn a few items and it has a beautiful stitch. My major disappointment and I mean I would not have ordered this machine if I knew how poor the customer service is to fix a problem. We do so since we find a video is far more helpful than trying to verbally explain a procedure by phone. We also produce said videos on an as needed basis for the issue at hand. You people make everything look easy. Because of your well done tutorials, I have made grommet curtains, Roman shades, and zippered seat & back cushions ( which look amazing). I greatly appreciate all the detail that not only goes into the videos, but also the itemized list of necessities for each project. Your fabric calculator is a go-to for many of my projects — thank you for it!

I would not even give them one star but I had to ride to reveal what is 1 yard of fabric online the color that I chose matched my boat because they sent me didn’t they said I ordered ivory but I didn’t order ivory I ordered sand for the headliner and they refused to return my water and send me the exact purchase that I wanted everyone I dealt with was rude and I will be sure to tell everybody They wouldn’t even send me the right color headliner it was only one yard how cheap could you possibly be and they wouldn’t correct th... read more

Amazing service and excellent products. I ordered a sewing machine and it said it would take 3 weeks to deliver but to my surprise I received it in 5 days. I tried many other “heavy duty” sewing machines and not one compares to the quality and durability of the sailrite machine.
