I am a new customer to Sailrite, I only just discovered them in the last year. However, I have ordered multiple times from the company including their hot knife tool, Sunbrella fabric, Fabricator Sewing machine, thread, snaps etc. I have only had one issue in which one item I ordered was not included in the package and customer service was quick to send me the item at no cost to me. Overall a really great company with good customer service and very helpful ******* videos!!
