Wonderful. Very helpful on the phone and multiple emails with the sail designer to come up with our custom color choices. We received the sail kit really quickly, which included very detailed instructions. Without any real sewing or sail-making experience, I was able to put it all together and it's functioning wonderfully. Thanks to everyone there! I’ve ordered from them a few times and they’ve always been super helpful. They go the extra step to make sure they understand your projects and then help walk you through how to do it and make sure you’ve got the items you need. They are more concerned with you getting it done properly than trying to up sell you on stuff or buy things you don’t need. They have kits available, but they also help you build your own kit tailored to your specific project. Super great to deal with!!!
