Sailrite is a great company with great caring people. They are very helpful when you have an issue with their product's (sewing machines and accessories). They have great how too videos and are always adding to how to videos when enough customers either request it or they notice they get a fair number of questions about a certain topic. Orders are always correct and received in a timely manor. I have the Fabricator sewing machine and it is an excellent product and one day I may get the LSZ-1 for the portability.

The website is very user-friendly and how they packaged the item for delivery was excellent. The color of the fabrics were exactly how they appeared on my monitor. I was pleasantly surprised.
