Called to cancel a doctor's appointment and was met with a very rude lady who was silent for 10 seconds before hanging the phone up on me completely with no explanation, incredibly rude.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Johnson knows me and everything about my medical stuff. Dr Johnson and his staff are wonderful. Dr Johnson really cares about his patience. I would recommend to anyone.
